Picture yourself gliding along the surface of the water whilst standing up and paddling on what is basically a giant surfboard and taking in the beautiful scenery of Sligo and Leitrim. After going through the basics with our instructors we will take you on an adventure through the wilderness of the River Bonnet. Leave the hustle and bustle behind as we paddle the remote meandering River Bonnet towards Lough Gill. We paddle on to the picturesque Lough Gill with stunning views of the Ox Mountains and the Dartry Mountain Range. This trip will really immerse you in nature and is known as Irelands amazon. Our qualified instructors will share their knowledge of the local history and wildlife on this incredible adventure.  SUP is a watersport so the ability to swim is a requirement.
