Easter Sunday paddle through Doorly Park towards the old Hazelwood Estate onto the picturesque Lough Gill with stunning views of the Ox Mountains and the Dartry Mountain Range.

Get Easter Sunday off to a different type of start and walk on water with our Stand up Paddle Board Tour as we set off on an adventure along the Garavogue River. No previous experience is required for this gentle paced water-sport which provides a unique view of Sligo town as we paddle downriver where the urban gives way to the vibes of nature around Hazelwood Forest and Tobernalt.

After going through the basics with our instructors we will take you on an adventure through the wilderness of Sligo. Leaving the hustle and bustle of Sligo we paddle up through Doorly Park towards the old Hazelwood Estate onto the picturesque Lough Gill with stunning views of the Ox Mountains and the Dartry Mountain Range. You can join our SUP trips from the town center and be surrounded by nature in a matter of minutes. Our qualified instructors will share their knowledge of the local history and wildlife on this incredible adventure.

North West Adventure Tours take every precaution to ensure that your experience will be both safe and enjoyable,however adventure activities are not completely free of risk and cannot be made so without removing the essential elements of the activity. We hold full public liability insurance and we accept our moral and legal obligations towards you. However, we do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or personal injury arising or during the course of the activity unless deemed a direct result of negligence or a deliberate act on our behalf.

I hereby accept that all adventure activities have inherent risks attached and I understand that thereis a chance that I may fall into cold moving water and may be out of my depth during the activity. I also acknowledge that I am water confident and/or I will make satff aware if I am not. I also accept responsibility to make staff aware of any medical conditions or history that may inhibit me from taking part.

I hereby agree to listen and follow any instruction given to me by staff and adhere to a strict no alcohol and drugs policy. I do not release North West Adventure Tours from any of their obligations, nor does it affect my legal rights. Participation in any programme or activity is at the users own risk and that they accept the risks involved and are responsible for their own actions and involvement.

Children must be over 12 on scheduled public trips.

Children under 18 must be accompained by an adult. 

 

Cancellation Policy

1. In the event of a cancellation the Customer must contact Northwest Adventure Tours directly in writing by email to: info@northwestadventuretours.ie

2. Cancellations will not be accepted by text or phone call.Cancellations close 3 days in advance of your booking date.

3. Any cancellations after that are non refundable.
